clients, we are searching for reliable, dynamic and bright team-players for the role of Digital
Support with Albanian and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Checking for potentially violating content and striving to have an unbiased approach;
* Maintaining knowledge of internal policies and keeping it up-to-date;
* Preforming in-depth research and investigating reported content;
* Identifying reoccurring patterns and observing trends;
* Reporting observations to the supervisors.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Albanian and English (C1 or higher for both languages);
* Attention to detail and able to conduct thorough and objective analysis;
* Reliable, organized and able to prioritize and manage time well;
* Available to work on shirts and excited to work in a dynamic environment.
