Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Online Casino Presenter & Host to join our team! This role combines hosting live-streamed casino games with short dance performances that are similar to those that are trending on social media platforms, creating an unforgettable entertainment experience for players. The ideal candidate is confident on camera, loves to dance, and able to engage viewers with their vibrant personality and performance skills.

Game Presenting Responsibilities

• Host and deal a variety of casino games in a live studio, streamed to players.
• Always maintain the highest professional standards.
• Participate in table promotions and internal/external media campaigns.
• Interact with and provide an engaging and rewarding experience for our live players.
• Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge to maintain proficiency.
• Report any incidents or unusual activities to the PIT BOSS, including issues in gaming areas, colleagues, tables, and chats.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required according to the company's needs.
• Maintain and clean immediate work area, adhering to departmental uniform standards.
• Perform quality control functions as per departmental standards.

Hosting Responsibilities

• Perform short dance routines between game rounds or as part of promotions.
• Use dance to enhance engagement, create excitement, and draw viewers to the games.
• Coordinate with the production team to develop choreography that aligns with game themes or special events.

Requirements

• No previous experience required. We are looking for personality that would fit into our company’s culture, skills we can train ourselves in our in-house Academy.
• Adaptability: Able to switch between dancing and hosting seamlessly and adjust to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Fluent level of Vietnamese language.
• Conversational level of English language. (B1 and above)
• Clear and friendly communication, with the ability to respond quickly to live chat.
• Confident, engaging, and personable, with a knack for entertaining online audiences.
• Ability to work 24/7 on a rotating shift basis (day/afternoon/night), including weekends and holidays.
• We are looking for a team player, who can adapt to a multicultural environment.
