Job Summary

We are seeking a Content Annotator (Dutch) to join our team in On-Site in Western Lisbon. This role involves labeling, annotation, and dialogue evaluation to assess and approve content for our project. The team plays a critical role in determining the accuracy of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) by analyzing and categorizing content based on predefined guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate text data according to given guidelines.
• Assess the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated dialogue.
• Identify and flag complex or ambiguous cases.
• Ensure high attention to detail while adapting to dynamic business requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency in annotations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and evolving guidelines.
• Previous experience in annotation, content evaluation, or a similar role is a plus.
