Foundever is hiring German-speaking Customer Service Agents to join the baggage services team of a leading international airline.
This is a stable project with structured training and real opportunities for contract extension, within an international working environment in southern Spain.
Your responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls related to baggage management and tracking
• Provide clear, empathetic and solution-oriented support in German
• Accurately record customer information in internal systems
• Represent a major airline while ensuring a high-quality customer experience
What we offer
• Initial 4-month temporary contract, with real possibilities of continuation
• Full-time position: 38 hours per week
• Salary: €1,593.39 gross per month (German language bonus included)
• Working hours: 12:00 to 20:00
• Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with alternating weekends off
• Fully paid and structured training (24 days)
- Training start date: 29 June 2026
• Onsite position in Seville (Los Remedios)
- Possibility of remote work 2 weeks per month after the adaptation period
Requirements
• German and Spanish at C1 level or higher
• Confident use of IT tools
• Residence in Seville or willingness to relocate
• Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required
