DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a skilled French-speaking Tech Support Agent to join our client's team in Porto in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

Support client existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
Show its software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customer

Requirements

Local in Porto, interested to move there or a clear plan of going there
Previous Customer Support experience or similar
Native French and professional English is mandatory
University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training preferred
Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn

Offer:

1765 € base (14x) + 200 € (x12) in meal allowances + up to 416 € performance bonus (all amounts monthly)
Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country
Hybrid and Flexible work time with up to 50% home office
Onsite Onboarding in the HQ office for an optimal start
