Join our team and work onsite, supporting frontline operations through deployments across various European locations. Your role will help ensure clear, respectful communication and protect the dignity and rights of people in vulnerable situations.
What will you do?
Support debriefing and screening teams during interviews and operational activities, ensuring accurate interpretation and cultural mediation.
Provide cultural insights and contextual background to support informed decision‑making.
Prepare relevant information for team members (key questions, cultural considerations, background knowledge).
Interpret and translate between English and migrants’ native languages
Monitor media and open sources related to migratory flows from countries of origin and transit, and report relevant findings.
Work onsite with operational teams, including police forces and EU agencies, during deployments.
Adapt to dynamic field environments and support humanitarian and migration‑related activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in one or more of the languages mentioned
English level B2 or higher
Minimum 3 years of experience in case management systems related to border control, law enforcement, or similar operational fields
Ability to work in multilingual, multicultural, and high‑pressure environments
Strong professional integrity, confidentiality, and alignment with EU values
Valid and clean criminal record
Security clearance or similar security clearance is an advantage
Passport is an advantage
Willingness and ability to work onsite and participate in long‑term deployments

What the role offers
A 2+ year collaboration commitment with regular deployments across Europe and near by countries
All travel, accommodation, food, training, medical, and dental expenses fully covered
An excellent day rate paid for each day of work
Work with professional teams, including police forces, for example: 2–6 hours per day, 5 days a week (occasionally 6)
Various deployment cycles such as, but not limited to, 8 weeks onsite, 2 weeks home, repeated throughout the contract
