Account Executive – Nordic Market (Sales Ads Agencies)

€23,876 base + up to €3,407.56 bonus
About the role
You’ll be the main contact for media and creative agencies, helping them grow their clients’ businesses through advertising solutions. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll build your own pipeline, close deals, and grow long-term partnerships.
What you’ll do
• Prospect and win new agency clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking)
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
• Present tailored ad strategies using formats like Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads
• Build and grow a portfolio of agency partners
• Understand agency needs and turn data into clear, compelling recommendations
• Run regular client meetings to review performance and identify growth opportunities
• Act as a product expert and advise on best practices
• Keep CRM (Salesforce) updated with pipeline and forecasts
• Work closely with BDRs to improve lead quality and targeting
What we’re looking for
• Native/C2 Nordic language + C1 English
• Experience in digital ads sales, agency account management, or similar roles
• Strong outbound prospecting and closing skills
• Comfortable pitching to decision-makers and media planners
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Good understanding of media agencies and ad platforms (Pinterest, Meta, Ads, etc.)
• Clear communicator with a results-driven mindset
