DESCRIPTION
We are a company specializing in creating animated safety videos for several industries, including construction. Our content helps businesses improve safety standards through engaging and effective visual communication.
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to book qualified meetings for our sales team.
Once fully ramped up, you are expected to book approximately 2 meetings per day.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and reach out to companies within the target segment
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure meeting quality
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Results-driven mindset with a “get things done” attitude
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
EU passport
Fluent in Swedish
OFFER
Base Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 SEK/month
Bonus:
2,200 SEK per booked meeting that converts into a sale
Approx. 40% closing rate on booked meetings
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
~13 closed sales/month = up to 60,000 SEK/month
