Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB clients advertising on our Client’s platform, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, media objectives, and challenges, providing tailored advertising strategies that drive measurable results.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio, leveraging full suite of ad solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, present data-driven insights, and continuously optimise advertising strategies.
- Work with performance targets and KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention objectives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with SMB clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and continued investment.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce, including account activity, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
- Adapt quickly to evolving client needs, platform updates, and shifting business priorities.
