Salary: €50,000 + Performance Bonus = OTE €60,000

We're seeking a motivated individual to assist a US-based social media platform in expanding its current and prospective client base and revenue growth. As a Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll collaborate with Client Account Managers in your team and the German region to achieve clients' advertising objectives and boost revenue through a mix of performance-driven and awareness-building campaigns. 

Responsibilities include:

• Aid in pre-launch preparations and tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns and ensure feasibility.
• Track and share performance updates with Account Managers and clients.
• Innovate to meet or surpass advertisers' goals.
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights.
• Create comprehensive reports for client presentations.
• Offer support and expertise to clients.
• Manage client communications and follow-ups.
• Assist advertisers in resolving issues.
• Advocate for team and advertiser needs to management and other departments.
• Keep updated on industry trends to improve digital marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Direct account management and marketing background necessary.
• Sales experience preferred but not mandatory
• Proficient understanding of campaign performance, digital marketing solutions, and brand advertising metrics.
• Fluency in spoken and written German.
• Proficiency in MS office and relevant data sheets for actionable insights and analysis
• Create detailed reports and dashboards using diverse data sources
• Familiarity with insights platforms such as Comscore and Brandwatch a bonus.
• Strong networking abilities and adept at building internal relationships within the sales market.
• Communication and collaboration abilities internally and with clients/stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
