What will you do?
As a Technical Customer Advisor, you'll apply your skills to resolve emerging issues with precision and efficiency. You'll uphold excellent standards and share your passion for technology with both customers and colleagues. - Polish-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Assisting with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues
- Appropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the process
- Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets
- Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
- As a representative of the company, you will uphold the company's values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Profile
- Native-level Polish language skills (C2) + English fluent
- Experience in customer/technical support is an advantage
- Patience to communicate and solve issues
- Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
