What will you do?
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with inbound travelers
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored voyage solutions
- Build strong relationships and create value through personalized guidance
- Handle bookings from first contact to final confirmation
- Proactively follow up on leads and maximize conversion rates
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Develop in-depth knowledge of destinations, products, and systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive team performance
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Secondary education completed
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or the travel industry
- Experience in phone-based inbound or outbound sales
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Native-level fluency in a Nordic language and strong English skills (written and verbal)
- Embody our clients' core values and proactive sales culture
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized
