Your Responsibilities
  • Support clients via phone and email with questions about services and products

REQUIREMENTS
  • Native-level German speaker
  • Proficient English skills (business level)
  • Strong communication and listening skills

OFFER
What’s in It for You?
  • Contract: Long-term fixed-term, renewable annually
  • Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 07:00–22:00, rotational shifts (40h/week)
  • Salary options:
-With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 950€ gross/month
-Without accommodation: 1,300–1,400€ gross/month
-Training period: 50% of hourly wage (lower taxes)
