Join our Team and advance your career as an
Fleet Business Analyst for DACH Region- German Speaking
In this role You will:
- Manage Invoice acceptance procedures
- Handle Invoice related questions, requests
- Own daily business communication and complaint resolution
- Work on and provide accurate monthly/ quarterly closing reports
- Create and follow up on Purchase Orders
- Oversee general reporting on assigned portfolio
- Maintain and update customer data, including new onboarding customers and implementation of new accepted partners
REQUIREMENTS
What You will need to be successful:
- Fluency in German and English
- University Degree preferred (in Economics or related fields) or other Graduation in Economics (High School)
- Customer oriented approach
- Flexible, motivated personality
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of Customer Service or in SSC environment is an advantage
- Able to produce consistently high-quality information within tight deadlines
