For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that

delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are

looking for – Travel Sales Advisor with Dutch and English.

Responsibilities:

*Answer incoming calls from travel customers;

*Assist guests with questions and requests;

*Handle bookings and close reservations;

*Promote services and upsell when possible;

*Provide friendly and professional customer support.

Qualifications:

*Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written);

*Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus;

*Strong communication and listening skills;

*Positive attitude and commercial mindset;

*Proficiency in using MS Office, ticketing systems.

*Flexible to work shifts between 08:00–22:00, Mon–Sun, Full-time (39 hours/week);
