Our client is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus!
Become part of a dynamic company that provides online marketing services to consumers. As a customer support agent, you will work with advertising, customer support, customer retention, and data analysis. The company offers an attractive relocation package, including airport pickup and free accommodation for up to four weeks.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Fluent in Danish and good command of English
Experience in customer support is a plus but not required – full training is provided
Strong communication skills and active listening abilities
Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various situations
Good general IT skills
Ability to work in shifts
Capable of working both independently and in a team
What will you do?
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Create and maintain customer accounts by registering account information
Resolve product and service issues by identifying the problem, determining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction
Follow communication procedures and policies
Engage with customers and deliver excellent service
