What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Deliver exceptional support to customers via phone, chat, and email, representing a leading digital wallet with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed on the latest products, policies, and services to provide timely and accurate information.
- Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
- Apply your knowledge of digital wallet products to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have a high level of Dutch (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2)
- Have 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced team-based retail, hospitality or customer service environment is preferred.
- High school diploma (or the applicable hiring country equivalent).
- Have experience in an internet company, financial services industry or transaction processor preferred.
- Are strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge of pc based internet and software applications.
- Are excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
