Remote within Malta
The base salary package (basic + premium + language allowance) is €1,690 gross, the average total monthly compensation (after ramp-up), including public holidays and overtime, is approximately €1,850 gross.
Exciting opportunity to join this expanding team, as a Customer Support Agent, you’ll play a crucial role in responding to customer questions and complaints via email (no phone calls) and reviewing content across marketplaces, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and country-specific laws. By doing so, you’ll contribute to a secure online space for users to interact with each other.
This role involves working in a team that protect millions of users from scammers.
This role does not involve night shifts, offering flexible shifts to ensure work-life balance.
Remote Working: Embrace the freedom of working from the comfort of your own home in Malta. The company also offer the option to work remotely from abroad for a few weeks within the EU per year.
Relocation
Up to 200 euros flight reimbursement, after probation period completed (probation period is 6 months)
OR Accommodation with 5 days accommodation and then extend on a case by case basis up to max of 3 weeks.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience is not required. Candidates should have excellent Swedish written skills, along with basic to conversational English skills and have good general pc usage skills.
