DESCRIPTION
This is a field-based, hunter-style role focused on sourcing, pitching, and closing high-value partnership deals. You’ll be responsible for growing the partner network by identifying and securing building owners, franchise operators, and industry players under a range of commercial models.
Your day-to-day will include:
???? Delivering multiple new partner locations per year
???? Increasing system revenue by £5m+ annually
???? Identifying and sourcing partners who can rapidly scale the network
???? Generating leads through networking, local canvassing, cold calling, and B2B outreach
???? Pitching partnership solutions and building strong market visibility
???? Leading commercial negotiations up to board-level approval
✍️ Closing deals and signing contracts with legal support
???? Spending significant time in the field, meeting prospects and closing business
REQUIREMENTS

✅ What You’ll Need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
???? Solid experience in B2B sales or business development
???? A strong track record of deal sourcing and conversion
???? Experience working with property, franchising, or large-scale partnerships (preferred)
???? Professional working proficiency in English
???????? Fluency in Czech (mandatory)
