For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer

experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech,

high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Junior Tech Support

*Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email;

*Provide friendly and efficient non-technical troubleshooting;

*Guide users through basic product/service issues;

*Ensure a smooth customer experience with timely follow-ups;

*Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as needed;

*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

*Fluency in Dutch and very good English;

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

*Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude;

*Basic computer literacy and typing skills;

*Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required;

*Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech support role.
