DESCRIPTION
At SpeakIt, we are looking for German-speaking professionals to join our team as Travel Representatives for a leading flight booking platform serving the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and emails related to flight bookings
- Assist customers with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide full customer journey support (pre-sale and post-sale)
- Promote and sell travel add-ons such as insurance, baggage, and parking
- Deliver high-quality service while managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in German (C1–C2 level, written and spoken)
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience
- Previous call center experience is required
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of CRM systems
- GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Sabre) will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a resilient and solution-driven approach
