Your Responsibilities
- Manage leads and perform outbound contacts with potential customers.
- Deliver a professional and high-quality customer experience in every interaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods in a timely manner.
- Meet individual and team targets, as well as call handling quotas.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain documentation.
- Follow communication procedures, internal guidelines, and company policies, especially when handling personal customer data.
REQUIREMENTS

- You have a C1 to native level of German, both spoken and written.
- You have good computer skills and feel confident using different tools and systems.
- You are a strong communicator with excellent contact handling and active listening skills.
- You have solid writing skills for email communication.
- You have previous sales experience and enjoy working towards targets.
- You are customer-oriented, professional, and able to build trust through clear and effective communication.

- Salary of 1,400 EUR gross/month.
