Your Responsibilities
  • Manage leads and perform outbound contacts with potential customers.
  • Deliver a professional and high-quality customer experience in every interaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods in a timely manner.
  • Meet individual and team targets, as well as call handling quotas.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain documentation.
  • Follow communication procedures, internal guidelines, and company policies, especially when handling personal customer data.


REQUIREMENTS
???? Your Profile
  • You have a C1 to native level of German, both spoken and written.
  • You have good computer skills and feel confident using different tools and systems.
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent contact handling and active listening skills.
  • You have solid writing skills for email communication.
  • You have previous sales experience and enjoy working towards targets.
  • You are customer-oriented, professional, and able to build trust through clear and effective communication.

  • Salary of 1,400 EUR gross/month.
