DESCRIPTION

- Native German speakers or C1 level with excellent communication skills
- Good English skills (B2 level or higher) for internal training and communication
- Ability to work in a team and advanced PC skills (Windows, troubleshooting, keyboard shortcuts)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- No prior experience is necessary, but a background in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
REQUIREMENTS
- Support Booking customers via telephone, email and chat with regard to reservations, payments, cancellations and changes
- Provide information, resolve complaints, and process refund requests
- Assist Booking partners with managing extranet accounts
- Strive to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction (CSAT), average handling time (AHT), and quality scores
