DESCRIPTION
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: Danish speaking Content Moderator
Salary: 1,358 Euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus free accommodation. Package without accommodation is 1620.50 Euro p/m gross
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, 24/7.
Relocation Package: flight reimbursement, airport pick up, accommodation during employment
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about creating a safer online environment?
We're looking for a Danish-speaking Content Moderator to support a leading short-video social media platform. In this role, you'll help maintain platform integrity by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will:
- Review videos, images, comments, posts, and audio content
- Identify and remove content that violates platform policies
- Moderate user interactions and appeals
- Classify and label content accurately
- Monitor compliance with legal and platform standards
- Report moderation trends and recurring issues
- Please note that this role involves reviewing user-generated content that may include sensitive material such as violence, adult content, offensive language, fake news, disturbing or graphic content etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Danish
- Good command of English
- This is 24x7 operation which requires you to do a mix of day and night shifts
- Have attention to detail
