Start your international career in Lisbon as a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent!

Our client is looking for Dutch-speaking candidates who want to live and work in Portugal while gaining experience in an international customer service environment. In this role, you will support customers for well-known international brands and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Full training is provided, so this can be a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their international career.

Your tasks may include:
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer contacts
  • Logging interactions and updating customer records
  • Providing support regarding orders, accounts, and service-related questions
  • Performing basic technical troubleshooting
  • Following up on customer cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Building professional and empathetic customer relationships
  • Identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities when relevant

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum C1 level in Dutch
  • Good level of English
  • Valid EU passport
  • High school diploma or higher education diploma
